Week 1: Getting Started

Week 2: Nutritional Know-How & How to Shop the Grocery Store 

  • How to read nutrition labels and get tips for incorporating more whole foods.
  • Tips on how to navigate the grocery store and eat plant-based on a budget.

Week 3: Eating to Prevent Dis-Ease

  • Explore holistic practices to boost gut health, immunity and recovery and prevent systemic illness like hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol. 
  • Understanding plant-based protein, carbohydrate and fat sources for nutrient-rich meals.
  • Learn to practice mindful eating & portion control.

Week 4: Social Situations & Staying Motivated

  • Learn how to navigate restaurant menus and handle social situations with ease.
  • Overcome common challenges and roadblocks.
  • Set long-term goals for a sustainable, holistically healthy lifestyle. Receive tips for continued success.
