The New Prosper Apothecary Teas Are Here
Sep 09, 2026
My relationship with tea started long before I knew anything about herbs. I was 8 years old sitting with my mom, drinking black tea with milk and sugar in the mornings. The beginning of what would become a daily ritual. That's where the love for tea started.
It wasn't until years later when I got into holistic nutrition that I started to understand what was actually happening in that cup. Tea wasn't just comfort. It was one of the oldest forms of medicine we have and I'd been drinking it my whole life without knowing it.
That understanding is what led me here. I've been steeping, tasting and reformulating these blends for months and they're finally ready. The new Prosper Apothecary teas are live on the site now and each one was built around what your body is actually asking for.
For everyday life
Three blends debuted at Invest Fest with Soul Tribe Retreats and now they're on the site too:
- Morning Ritual - Start your day with a nourishing herbal tea with oatstraw, nettle, peppermint, and damiana to support hydration, steady energy, digestion and overall vitality.
- Calm and Centered - a soothing herbal tea with lemon balm, chamomile, lavender, tulsi and rose petals to support relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity and digestive comfort.
- Evening Exhale - a gentle herbal digestive tea with peppermint, fennel, marshmallow root, ginger, and orange peel to support digestion, healthy motility, overnight elimination and digestive comfort.
For cleansing
Root & Rise is your morning tea if you're doing the 21-Day Parasite and Candida Cleanse.
Release & Restore is the evening counterpart, made to help your body wind down and let go of what it doesn't need. This is the one people ask about most once they've started the cleanse, because it does double duty for digestion and rest.
Why tea and why now
Herbs have always been medicine before they were a trend. These blends are my attempt to make that medicine simple enough to actually fit into your day.
All five are live now at theprospershop.com. Steep, sip and let me know which one becomes your new ritual.
