- 4 - 5 celery stalks
- 1 red or green apple, peeled and cored
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 small lemon, peeled
- 1-inch knob of ginger (or more to taste)
- Small handful of parsley
- Wash all the produce well
- Juice ingredients…enjoy!
