🍁 October Wellness: Movement, Nourishment & Community

events seasonal produce Oct 01, 2025

October is here and with it comes the crisp air, cozy vibes and the abundance of fall harvest. Farmers’ markets are filled with apples, pears, winter squash, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and beets — some of the most grounding, nourishing foods to carry us into cooler days.

Just as the seasons shift, we’re invited to shift too. This is the perfect time to lean into routines that ground you, practices that help you reset and foods that remind you to slow down and savor.

Here’s a look at what I’m offering this month — opportunities to move, connect and thrive together.

✨ A Note of Inspiration

Just like the leaves that change and fall, October is a reminder that letting go is part of growth. This month, I invite you to notice what feels heavy, what no longer serves you and to release it. In doing so, you make space for what truly lights you up.

Here’s to a season of grounding, gathering and growing  together.
