Vegan Baked Feta Pasta (from TikTok!)

Serves: 4-6

Baked feta pasta was made famous on TikTok. I decided to veganize the recipe and fell in love!


  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6oz dairy-free feta crumbles (I used Follow Your Heart). You can also use a dairy-free feta block.
  • Heavy drizzle of olive oil (about 2 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp of It’s Seasoned Garlic and Herb
  • Generous pinch of pink sea salt
  • Crushed red pepper flake to taste
  • 16oz pasta (I used penne rigate)
  • 3 - 4 handfuls of baby arugula (you can also use baby spinach)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Put a large pot of well salted water on high heat for your pasta.
  3. In a large casserole dish, add the feta, tomatoes and peeled garlic cloves. Drizzle olive oil over everything.
  4. Add It’s Seasoned Garlic & Herb, red pepper flakes and pink sea salt.
  5. Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes until the tomatoes are blistered and feta is soft and melty.
  6. While the feta mixture is baking, cook your pasta to al-dente and drain.
  7. Use a fork to mash the tomatoes and garlic into the melted feta. Mix in the baby arugula until it wilts.Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
