Whitney Miner has gotten me through two major life experiences - COVID and my wedding. In both instances, I was physically unprepared, but her programs, instructions and coaching were the tools I needed to accomplish my fitness and health goals.

For my wedding this past June, I didn’t want to just “fit in my dress” I wanted to feel my best health wise and enjoy surplus energy. Yes, I also wanted to lose weight and Whitney delivered on all of the above. I have known Whitney for three years and simply put, Whitney is excellent at what she does. Her knowledge benefits her clients and that was made even more apparent when COVID changed everything. But I also enjoy the benefits of plant-based healthy eating, being over 40 and never having to take any medications to control my cholesterol, blood pressure or anything else. We only get one body and Whitney has helped me to care of the temple God has given me and that is priceless.
