Juice Recipe: Karo’s KindnessJul 26, 2020

As we all know 2020 has been relentless but one thing that I’m grateful for is that this year has brought so many beautiful spirits into my life.
I met Karo through my yoga teacher training (shoutout to Black Yoga Magazine!). Our April cohort of teachers is just an amazing group of individuals that I’m honored to know. Karo is an Ayurveda aficionado who is VERY well versed in all things holistic health. I’ve learned so much from her in just a few short months. She’s simply magical but what I love most about her is she’s truly kindhearted. She shared this recipe on one of my Instagram posts. I tried it and it was refreshingly delicious (thanks Karo!). I hope you enjoy this juice as much as I do!
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 large apple
- 1 lemon
- Wash all the produce well.
- Quarter and core the apple
- Peel lemon (be sure to remove the bitter white pith)
- Juice ingredients…enjoy!
