Eat Plants & Prosper launched a year ago.

When I started out, I set the goal of creating a blog post every week. Some weeks writing flowed smoothly. Some weeks not so much. I distinctly remember writing an entire post only for it not to save. But I made it to the goal (only by God’s grace!).

You were along with me on this journey. I appreciate your support more than any words I write could ever express. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

I can’t wait to see what God has in store for us for year two…

We’ve already got the vegan Thanksgiving recipes on deck with more to come for Christmas.

We’re getting revved up for Daniel Fast 2021* in January (*updated).

We’re just getting started.

I’m looking forward to continuing this journey. Here’s to continued health, wellness and walking in God’s purpose!
