I completed my first Daniel Fast in 2006. I had no idea what I was doing and ended up drinking smoothies and eating baby carrots the entire 21 days. After that year, I vowed to be prepared with delicious food so I could focus my energy on drawing nearer to God during the fast. These recipes have helped me do just that and I’m hoping they’ll do the same for you!
